Article 1 – APPLICATION OF THE CONDITIONS


These general conditions of sale apply exclusively to all direct sales made on a private basis by a consumer within the “Easy Gaming” shop, here in after referred to as “EasyGaming.ma” or “seller”, located at

You acknowledge having read, at the time of the purchase of a product, these general conditions of sale and expressly declare to accept them without reservation. All other conditions only bind EasyGaming.ma after written confirmation from it. These general terms and conditions of sale are binding on you regardless of any specific clauses that you add – except with the express agreement of EasyGaming.ma and regardless of the advertising documents issued by the Easy Gaming Group. You acknowledge that you have full legal capacity or have the authorization of the authorized person to commit yourself hereunder. The general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by EasyGaming.ma, the modifications then being applicable to all subsequent orders.

Article 2 – ORDERS


If the product is not in stock at the store, we suggest you order it. Orders are only final after payment of a deposit of 20% of the value of the order including VAT from the buyer, which will be retained by EasyGaming.ma in the event of cancellation of the order. by the customer. The balance must be paid when collecting the ordered goods. In the event that the customer does not take delivery, within the month following the notice informing him that the ordered material is at his disposal, EasyGaming.ma reserves the right – to dispose of the material and to postpone to a later date the fulfillment of its obligation to deliver – or to invoice storage costs to the buyer without prejudice to any action that the seller intends to take. In the event of unavailability of the goods ordered, you will be informed of this unavailability and we will offer to provide you with goods of equivalent quality and price. Failing agreement, a refund in the form of a credit note or a refund of the product will be offered to you.

Article 3 – PRICE


The seller price list does not constitute a sale. It can be modified unilaterally without prior notice. The prices appearing in the shop and on the EasyGaming.ma website are indicated in dirhams including tax (all taxes included), excluding delivery costs. The prices are likely to vary, in particular in the event of a fluctuation in the course of the currency compared to the euro/usd or a change in the rate of VAT and/or any other similar taxes which would become payable, at the rate applicable at the time of their liability. However, the prices appearing on your invoice are firm and definitive: if the prices drop a few days after your order or purchase, we will not be able to compensate you for the difference; if prices increase, we are committed to delivering to you at the price set on the day of the order. Any offer to sell is subject to the stocks available in the shop.

Article 4 – COMPLAINTS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE


The labels stuck on all the parts are essential for the guarantee. The packaging must be kept in perfect condition. When returning goods to the store, the buyer must provide: – their precise contact details, – a photocopy of their receipt or invoice, – a detailed description of the fault observed. For defective parts, the buyer can obtain the standard exchange of his goods during the first month following the purchase (only for non-specific products and subject to availability in stock). The return of goods is made directly in store. The repaired or replaced goods must be withdrawn by the customer within one month following the notice informing him that these are available to him in the shop. In the absence of withdrawal within this period, we reserve the right to – dispose of the replaced equipment and to postpone to a later date the execution of the order left pending by the customer and on other equipment – ​​or to invoice costs of storage. Regarding repaired products, EasyGaming.ma cannot be held responsible for the normal wear and tear of the property resulting from its failure to withdraw by the customer.

Article 5 – WARRANTY


5.1 Manufacturer’s warranty:
For products with a specific manufacturer’s warranty (support of the warranty directly by the manufacturer, or on-site warranty, or specific warranty extension), the customer must contact the manufacturer directly, without going through EasyGaming.ma, which does not provide any contractual warranty with respect to these products. EasyGaming.ma will refuse any return of goods in this context and cannot be held responsible for any failure of the manufacturer under this guarantee.

5.2 Commercial Guarantee:
The products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and failing that by EasyGaming.ma against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date of the invoice. In all cases, items with a unit value of less than 500 Dirhams are only guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of the invoice.

5.3 Disclaimer of Warranty:
EasyGaming.ma’s warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or reimbursement in value of goods recognized as defective, taking into account the use made of them and this at the free choice of EasyGaming.ma. The warranty only applies to goods supplied by EasyGaming.ma. The warranty does not cover: – labor costs resulting from dismantling, reassembly and transport operations, except in the case of standard exchange;

5.4 – Exclusion of warranty:
The warranties exclude damage of external origin, damage resulting from improper use of the products, damage resulting from the intervention of a repairer not approved by EasyGaming.ma
